ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS

WE BELIEVE:

That there is only one God, who has revealed Himself in Three Persons as God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.

1.A Student...

 

  • must be born again and filled with the Holy Spirit.
  • must believe the scriptures to be the infallible Word of God.
  • must believe in the Trinity manifested to man as the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
  • must believe that the Lord Jesus Christ is the true God and true man, having been conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary.
  • must believe that Jesus Christ was crucified for our sins, arose bodily from the dead, ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of God the Father.
  • must believe in the personal, literal second coming of the Lord Jesus Christ.
  • must believe that the Blessed Holy Spirit is at work today within the church through His Anointed Ministers, Gifts and Fruits.
  • must live an exemplary life.
  • must have an hunger for God and compassion for the lost.
  • must be able to be submissive to God’s ordained authority and have a teachable spirit when correction is administered.
  • must have a passion for the lost.

2.Rules & Regulations

 

  • Learners are required to meet with their course facilitators/student group for a minimum period of one session per week.
  • Once a student registers with the college s/he is liable for the all costs pertaining to the relevant courses as well as other charges that arise from time to time.
  • Tests will be written on the dates set by the facilitators. If for any reason a learner is unable to write the test s/he must arrange with the facilitator for an alternative date to have the test written.
  • All assignments are to be submitted on or before the due date. Questions pertaining to the assignments are to be read thoroughly and then answered in detail.
  • Learners are requested to visit the municipal libraries, Christian book stores and access the Internet for acquiring further information. TBCFN’s official website provides students with links that will help them to save time in searching for information. The site also has other search engines which will assist in speedily locating articles for assignments and other research papers.
  • Students will be required to write their tests at centres nearest to their residence.
  • The student must be affiliated to a church and his/her application for enrolment with TBCFN must be sanctioned by the pastor of the local church.
  • Please note that students will not graduate if coursework and fees are outstanding.

3.Application Procedure

 

Students are to complete the prescribed forms available at the learning centre in their respective areas or they can request for the application forms from the Head Office (PO BOX 56994, Chatsworth South Africa 4030). The forms are to be properly completed in order to avoid unnecessary delays and correspondence. Students are also required to submit a profile indicating their reasons for enrolling with the College as well as a recently taken passport size photograph in colour. Students must ensure that their Pastors sign the application form. The enrolment fee must accompany this form for your convenience. Please find an application form at the end of this catalogue.
